Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (Italian Consumer Code, art. 52 et seq.). If the order arrives in several deliveries, the 14 days start from the last one.

Withdrawal also applies to verified scales and scales with a calibration report: we refund the scale after checking its condition, but not the services already performed and issued in your name (CE-M verification, calibration reports and certificates). The calibration plan lapses at no cost and the extended warranty is refunded.

Products made to measure or clearly personalised at your request are excluded from withdrawal (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code): we always tell you before the order.

How to withdraw

  1. Write to info@gravitus.store (or on WhatsApp) with your order number and the products to return. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory.
  2. We reply with instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Return conditions

  • Products must be returned intact, with all accessories and manuals and, if possible, in the original packaging. Pack carefully: precision instruments are delicate.
  • You may try the product as you would in a shop. If you use it beyond that, or return it damaged, we may deduct the loss of value from the refund.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by you. For bulky pallet products we tell you the collection cost in advance.

Refund

We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the order. We may wait until we receive the goods (or proof of shipment) before refunding.

Business purchases

For purchases made as a business the law does not provide a right of withdrawal. If you ordered the wrong model, write to us anyway: we assess an exchange or a return case by case.

Defective or damaged products

Defective products are handled under the warranty, not through withdrawal. If a product arrives damaged in transit, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it at no cost.
