Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship throughout Italy and to European Union countries. For other countries the rate, if available, appears at checkout; any import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Cost
- Italy: free shipping for orders of €299 + VAT or more; below that, the cost is shown at checkout before payment. Sicily and Sardinia have a €15 + VAT surcharge on every order; for minor islands, Livigno, Campione d'Italia and the Venice lagoon we confirm the surcharge before shipping.
- Heavy test weights: parcels of weights and weight sets over 3 kg are charged by weight (up to 3 kg €7, 3 to 10 kg €12, 10 to 30 kg €19, 30 to 70 kg €35, excl. VAT; above that, on quote) and are not covered by free shipping.
- European Union: the cost is shown at checkout before payment.
- Pallet products (large platforms, pallet scales, weigh beams, pallet trucks, axle scales, masses of 100 kg or more): shipped by haulier with their own transport cost, not covered by free shipping. We confirm it before shipping; if it does not suit you, you can cancel the order at no cost.
Times
We deliver within 7-15 working days of order confirmation (of payment, for bank transfers). CE-M verification and the calibration report are already included. The estimated date appears on every product page. When the goods leave you receive an email with the tracking code.
Delivery
The courier delivers at street level to the address given. For pallet deliveries the vehicle may not have a tail lift: if you need one, or access is difficult, tell us in the order notes.
Damaged goods
Check the packaging on delivery. If the goods arrive damaged send us photos of the packaging and the damage within 48 hours to info@gravitus.store or on WhatsApp: we replace them at no cost, even if you did not sign «with reservation».
