What capacity and readability does the GRAVITUS OM 110 have?

Capacity from 150 g to 6000 g, readability from 0.001 g to 0.1 g depending on the model. The specifications table lists every model with price and code.

Can the GRAVITUS OM 110 be used for trade?

No: it is an internal-use scale (production, laboratory, checks). For trade use you need a model with the «CE-M verifiable» badge.

How does the GRAVITUS OM 110 connect to a PC or printer?

It has RS-232, Bluetooth (stampante opz.): you can connect it to a PC, printer or management software.

Calibration and certificates

What is the difference between a calibration report and an ACCREDIA certificate?

The GRAVITUS calibration report documents the tests carried out with certified weights and suits ISO 9001, HACCP and internal checks. The ACCREDIA certificate is issued by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory and is needed when an audit or customer explicitly requires it.

How much is the calibration report?

For the models of this scale it costs €55 – €75 + VAT: it depends on capacity and readability, because high-resolution scales are tested with F1 or E2 weights. The right price appears by itself when you pick the model.

How often should a scale be recalibrated?

It depends on use and your quality system: usually once a year, more often if the scale works in harsh conditions or is moved. We help you set the right interval.

Purchase and payment

Do prices include VAT?

No: they exclude VAT because we mainly sell to businesses. The price with 22% VAT is shown in brackets and calculated at checkout.

How can I pay?

By credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer in advance. All available methods are shown at checkout.

Do I receive an electronic invoice?

Yes: enter your VAT number and SDI code or PEC at checkout and you will receive it electronically.

Delivery and service

How much is shipping?

Free in Italy on orders from €299 + VAT; below that, the cost is shown at checkout before payment. Sicily and Sardinia have a €15 + VAT surcharge; for minor islands, Livigno, Campione and the Venice lagoon we confirm it before shipping. Palletised products and heavy test weights ship separately and are not covered by free shipping.

When will it arrive?

Within 7-15 working days: the estimated date is shown next to the buy button. The calibration report, if you choose it, is already included in that time.

What warranty does it have?

24 months for everyone, consumers and businesses, handled directly by us in Italy: if it breaks down we collect the scale and repair it in our workshop. On the product page you can extend it to 36, 48 or 60 months.
